They can act as the game organizer and administrator.If a player is involved in the game, he has the final say, unless the Commander player is also involved in the game. You can promote to this category if you play fairly and follow the community rules. Allso you must show some signs that you know how to lead others.

A passive officer is someone who has held a leadership position in the community, but for one reason or another has left that position. This type of officer is still an officer in the community, but is not currently active. They are equivalent in rank to a lieutenant.
