The Importance of Leadership in TGG-U

Generals have a very big opportunity in our community. For example, they can give gifts to members (in their own division), which can be special medals, a promotion for everyone (for example, due to a celebration or other significant event), or something else that is possible to implement in the community.
The generals’ task is therefore not (at least not exclusively) to give punishments, but also to create a positive spirit in the community.

The general’s right hand, i.e. his assistant, can also get his own ideas through in his own division together with the general. For example, the general can distribute benefits and gifts in his own division based on his assistant’s suggestion. This kind of cooperation is the basis of the entire TGG-U.
