In game when crew are together you can play game with crew do heist and every other things that are in game.

Game Leader offical mission are make decisions in game. Every one can suggest thigs. If in the game are higher officers that Game Leader, they have the authority to override the game leader’s decisions within certain limits and in reasonable situations. (So not because of bullying or annoyance. Or for other reasons comparable to these, but for real reasons.)
