Tepish cross - Medal of honor
As the name suggests, the Medal of Honor is awarded by the Admin himself. This is the rarest and most “valuable” medal in the entire community. This is only awarded in situations and matters where Tepish has been present and has been impressed by the actions of the TGG-U member. If the Medal of Honor is awarded to someone below the rank of officer, it also means an immediate promotion to the rank of cadet (This is due to the strict criteria for awarding the medal and the associated appreciation of what has been done, the value of which is so great that the rank of the cadet is still small in comparison). If you already have an officer, it will give you a 1-3 step increase in value (depends on the officer level and the class of the medal 1-3).
To get a medal, you don’t necessarily need any actual gaming skills, but rather that you act according to the community rules, for example by making another TGG-U member’s game more enjoyable or saving another member from a bad situation.

Medal of honor
FOR GENERAL-RESERVE OFFICER
As you can understand, this medal is only for the highest officers, for their good achievements or performances for the benefit of TGG-U.
These can be awarded by Tepish or at the proposal of the General Staff
If the medal is awardeded to person, it will makes subsequent raises more likely unless you are already at the highest general level
GAMEPLAY BRAVERY
A level 1 medal for heroic deeds in the game. This medal is awarded for very special achievements while playing. It increases the level by a maximum of 3 levels.
A level 2 medal for heroic deeds in the game. This medal is awarded for very special achievements while playing. It increases the level by a maximum of 2 levels.
A level 3 medal for heroic deeds in the game. This medal is awarded for very special achievements while playing. It increases the level by one step.

Generalcross - Medal of honor
As the name suggests, this medal is awarded by the Generalate in its own leadership. This medal is very valuable and raises the recipient’s level by 1-3 steps in the community. If the member is close to the next category, the rise is cut off at the lowest step of the next level.
There must be a consensus in the General Council (at least 51% support from voters) on the recipient of the medal. If the medal is proposed to a general, he himself will be left to vote on the matter. Tepish can use his own discretion, especially in situations where a general is to be awarded or if the other vote is narrowly negative (for example 46-49%), Tepish can, after considering the situation, turn the situation into a positive one with his own vote (after first hearing the reasons for the negative generals and how many votes have been cast, if there are, say, only 3 votes and the voting situation is somewhat lopsided because of that, Tepish’s position will win)

These medals of merit can be awarded by Tepish or an individual general to a subordinate for merit in the game, the community, or following the rules. If you receive such a medal, you will also receive a level increase, if it does not mean promotion to a higher category.
Lower Medals of merit

Any TGG-U member can propose these lower medals to each other. An individual officer or sub-chief officer can award these. If a member receives 5 lower medals, he has shown something significant and is granted a one-level promotion.
Members can also propose new medals to be awarded in this category. The final decision on their approval is made by the tepish, but if the general assembly has the green light, that is enough for approval.
